Exhibitions do make discipline contents visually tangible for the general public during the duration of the Rare Discipline Weeks either by multiple Disciplines presenting their research traditions together (e.g. the Small Philologies) or by providing insight into the holdings of the numerous collections (e.g. the Pre- and Early Historic Archaeology).
